Scholarship Application

We are excited to continue the San Jose Fire Fighter's Burn Foundation Scholarship Program for 2021. This scholarship provides burn survivor students and/or family members with financial assistance for college.

The scholarship is available to eligible students who are burn survivors and/or family members planning to attend a university, accredited college, vocational school or institution of higher learning in the United States and/or Canada. The scholarship recipient must be over the age of 17 years old. The scholarship is funded for $1,000 and the scholarship is awarded based upon receiving the completed application, teacher recommendation, applicant statement, board review and approval.

The 2021 Scholarship Application Deadline is Saturday, July 31, 2021.
